How to - Bounce Off

Today we are talking about the wall push off, or full body tac or cat to nothing or bounce offs.  Whatever you want to call it, this slows your momentum down against a wall.  Although, I see this is a great practical workout, I do not always see this as a functional movement in terms of efficiency down walls or off of ledges.  As usually HIPK guys are on the movement and showing you several drill on how to do this exercise, including Bounce Off Burpees!

He starts with simple wall pushes and then shows us HOW TO advance to even double foot wall bounces.  What I liked most about this video was that Ozzi, did not reset for the movement each time.  Wherever he landed he exploded from that point to execute the movement.  I think this is very important to the drill that I hope many of you take into consideration.  Ozzi has always supplied us with a good amount of drills and of course, he is wearing his usual attire of no shirt and shorts, while on the beach.  Got to love those Hawaii guys.
